Wenger Vieli advises ASPAARA on a CHF 2m seed financing round

The Zurich based aspaara has raised CHF 2 million in their seed financing round to build the next generation ERP that is finally human-centric. The start up aspaara is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform that optimises resource planning and enables the creation of internal talent marketplaces. The company helps companies to save money, enhance efficiency, and improve employee happiness with their AI workforce planning platform. Talents tailor their schedules and career pathways using an AI matchmaking system that identifies open work opportunities automatically and in a short amount of time.

The CHF 2 million funding, led by Wingman Ventures and additional investment from Gentian and experienced business angels, will allow aspaara to further improve its commercial software and expand its business operations beyond Switzerland.

Wenger Vieli has acted as legal advisor to aspaara. The team was composed by partner Michael Baier (venture capital / m&a, pictured) and Dominique Mattmann (associate, venture capital / m&a) from the Wenger Vieli Start-up Desk.
