Wenger Vieli advises buyer Jakob Müller on acquisition deal
Wenger Vieli advised Swiss family-owned industrial company Jakob Müller on its acquisition of the Buss Group.
The context
Active across 11 locations worldwide , Jakob Müller tackles 82 different markets with a plethora of services, including warping and narrow fabric weaving systems, warp crochet solutions, label production systems, as well as winding and making-up technologies.
In connection with the deal, Jakob Müller completed the acquisition of the Buss Group, a Swiss global provider of compounding systems for demanding applications. The transaction will then bolster the buyer’s technology portfolio and its process solutions division, with a particular focus in high-viscosity process technology.
