Wenger Vieli advises CarbonPool on $12m seed financing round

Wenger Vieli has acted as legal advisor to CarbonPool on its $12m seed financing round. The investment was led by Heartcore Capital, Vorwerk Ventures, HCS Capital as well as Revent also included several prominent angel investors, among others Axel Theis and Christof Mascher.

CarbonPool provides in-kind insurance for carbon credits to compensate for carbon removal shortfalls caused by any sudden and unexpected events, such as natural disasters or other business interruptions. With the raised funds, CarbonPool can further grow and significantly support the global net zero commitments.
