Bratschi advises sellers of SERTO on disposal of majority stake to EGSB

EGS Beteiligungen Ltd. (EGSB), a long-term oriented investment company of the Ernst Göhner Stiftung Zug, acquired a majority stake in the SERTO Group, a specialist in the field of tube fittings and pipe connection components. The management of the SERTO Group remains invested.

Bratschi acted as legal advisor to the sellers and the management in this transaction. The team of Bratschi was led by Jvo Grundler (pictured left), M&A and Roland Böhi (pictured right), tax. It also included included Claudia Walz, Stephanie Caprani-Pontes and Jon Loffing, M&A, as well Kerem Altay and Florian Büchler both Tax.
