Wenger Vieli advises French impact fund STOA as Lead Investor
Wenger Vieli has advised the French impact fund STOA Infra & Energy as lead investor on all Swiss legal aspects in connection with the Series B financing round of candi solar, a clean energy company providing solar power to commercial and industrial customers in India and South Africa.
With this investment STOA leads candi Series B Fundraising and reinforces its presence in the solar commercial and industrial space. It will enable the company to strengthen its business in India and expand across Africa.
STOA impact fund is one of the largest infrastructure-focused equity investors in emerging countries, In this financing round, STOA has been joined by the Energy Entrepreneurs Growth Fund and most existing shareholders, notably the renewable energy specialist Gaia Impact Fund.
