Wenger Vieli advises LatticeFlow on a series A financing round

As we have informed last 3 November 2022 here, Wenger Vieli has also acted as legal and tax advisor to ETH Zurich spin-off LatticeFlow on closing of its USD 12m Series A financing round. The round was led by Atlantic Bridge and OpenOcean, with participation from FPV Ventures and existing investors btov Partners and Global Founders Capital.

The investment will enable LatticeFlow to expand the capabilities of its platform and respond to growing customer demand as more companies – including a number of Fortune 500 customers such as Siemens Mobility, and AI scaleups as for example Intenseye, Voxel AI and Carscan – deploy computer vision models at scale.

The award-winning company was founded in 2020 and became the first Swiss AI company as well as a TOP 100 AI company in the world named on CB Insights AI100. LatticeFlow’s artificial intelligence platform can automatically find and fix AI data and model errors.

The corporate team was led by Michèle Joho-Menotti (senior associate, pictured left) and Pascal Honold (partner, pictured right; both venture capital / m&a) and included Kevin Vangehr (associate, venture capital / m&a) as well as the tax team with partner Barbara Brauchli Rohrer and counsel Patric Eggler.
