Wenger Vieli with Calvin Risk on USD 4 M seed funding round
Wenger Vieli advised the Swiss startup specializing in AI risk management, Calvin Risk on all legal aspects of their recent seed funding round. Calvin Risk secured USD 4 million in funding in an operation led by Join Capital and seed + speed Ventures.
This funding round will enable Calvin Risk to accelerate product development, scale its platform, enhance its AI risk assessment tools, and expand its market reach across Europe.
