Walder Wyss advises Cosaic on $ 6m seed fundingg round
Walder Wyss advised Swiss food biotech startup Cosaic throughout completion of a USD 6 million late seed financing round. The funds will support the company’s path to market readiness across three key areas: regulatory work, production scale-up, and industrial trials with large clients.
The investor base
The financing round brought in a mix of new and returning investors. New participants include dsm-firmenich Ventures, a large Swiss family office, and Kickfund. Existing investors Navus Ventures and Zürcher Kantonalbank also participated in the round.
