Baker McKenzie with TTM on STG and ILFA acquisitions

Baker McKenzie advised TTM Technologies, Inc. (TTM), a manufacturer of electronics products and printed circuit board (PCB) solutions, on two parallel acquisitions in Europe: the acquisition of Swiss Technology Group AG (STG), headquartered in Zurich, and the acquisition of ILFA Industrieelektronik und Leiterplattenfertigung aller Art GmbH (ILFA), headquartered in Hanover, Germany.

Both transactions are subject to customary regulatory approvals and are expected to close in the third quarter of 2026.
