Loyens & Loeff with PKZH on minority stake acquisition in Kallista Energy

Loyens & Loeff advised PKZH on its acquisition of a minority stake in Kallista Energy.

Kallista Energy is an European developer and operator of renewable energy installations. The majority shareholder of the company is Dutch pension fund manager APG Asset Management. Since 2024, PKZH has been co-investing in infrastructure assets with APG alongside other Swiss pension funds.
