Claudia Götz Staehelin Legal Committee of the Swiss Amcham
The partner and head of investigation at Kellerhals Carrard, Claudia Götz Staehelin, has been elected to the Legal Committee of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce. Götz Staehelin is also a board member of Ethics and Compliance Switzerland as well as board member of the Basel Association of Lawyers.
The Committee compiles and makes accessible to the Swiss Amcham Chamber’s members a wide range of information regarding legal aspects of Swiss-U.S. business relations and Swiss and U.S. laws and regulations.
Based on her experience as former Head of Litigation at Novartis, Claudia Götz Staehelin regularly assists companies with multi-jurisdictional projects requiring innovative thinking. She has extensive international experience in litigation and investigation risk assessment, and in assisting clients with strategic decision-making.
