Christoph Stutz new Employment Partner at Baker McKenzie

Baker McKenzie Switzerland expands its employment & compensation practice with new lateral partner hire. The law firm has enhanced its employment group in Switzerland by hiring Christoph Stutz, a renowed employment and social security law specialist, as a new lateral partner. Stutz will be working with Peter Reinert’s practice group.

Prior to this, Stutz worked at Walder Wyss, where he specialized in employment law and social security law for the past nine years. In addition to his bar admission and being a Certified Specialist SBA in Labor Law, he holds a federal certificate as a social insurance specialist. 

During his career as a lawyer, he has advised companies in all aspects of employment law, including compensation schemes and all areas of mandatory and non-mandatory pension plans and other social security schemes and represented them in employment and pension litigation. Further-more, Christoph Stutz has vast experience in advising on and assisting with secondments, international management transfers to and from Switzerland, and dismissals.
