exceet Card Group acquires Intercard: all the advisors

exceet Card Group, an European provider of smart card solutions, acquired Intercard Holding, a Swiss provider of smart card solutions.

The teams

VISCHER advised exceet Card Group on all legal aspects of this transaction. The team was led by Gian-Andrea Caprez (Partner, Corporate/M&A – pictured left) and included Flavio Langenegger (Associate, Corporate/M&A), Michel Stübi (Associate, Corporate/M&A), Florian Schaub (Senior Associate, Employment) and Jonas Gassmann (Managing Associate, TMT).

As previously announced by Legalcommunity.ch, a team of CMS Zurich, led by Alain Raemy (pictured right) advised the shareholders of Intercard Holding on all legal matters of the transaction. The team further included Ferdinand Blezinger (Associate, Corporate / M&A) and Andrea Relly (Associate, Corporate / M&A).
