Mattia Fronzaroli moves from Zurich Insurance to imkp
He has several years of professional experience in criminal justice, most recently in the finance and insurance industry. In imkp he will strengthen the team in the field of commercial law, namely commercial administrative and criminal law. Fronzaroli also advises and represents clients in civil law matters and claims disputes, in foreclosure proceedings and against supervisory authorities.
Before joining imkp, Fronzaroli worked for Zurich in the in-house group life insurance business for six years and was secretary of the board of trustees of various pension funds in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Before that, he worked as a lawyer at EY, clerk at the higher court of the canton of Aargau (criminal court) and research assistant at the chair for civil procedural law of Prof. Dr. Isaak Meier at the University of Zurich. He has applied for entry in the Zurich Bar Registry as well as membership in the Zurich and Swiss Bar Associations.
