Hirslanden acquires a stake in Spital Lachen. The advisors

The Hirslanden Group acquires a stake of about 10% in Spital Lachen, takes a seat on the Board of Directors and cooperates with Spital Lachen in various areas, enabling it to strengthen its portfolio and to offer added value for patients.

A partnership in the heart medicine department has existed since January 2021. The cardiac medical services offered by the two Hospitals complement each other ideally. Spital Lachen and the Hirslanden Group are now expanding their cooperation to include more disciplines.
