Homburger advises U.S. Cotton on the sale of FLAWA Consumer in a MBO
As part of a strategic reorganization, the American cotton manufacturer U.S. Cotton has sold the Flawil-based producer of absorbent cotton and other products, FLAWA Consumer, to members of its management.
Homburger advised U.S. Cotton on this transaction, with partner Claude Lambert (pictured left) as senior relationship partner. The team was led by partner Daniel Häusermann (pictured right, corporate / m&a) and comprised Gregor Bühler (employment), Luca Dal Molin (IP / IT), Peter Müller (tax), Patrick Schmidt, Oliver Dalla Palma, Aron Belegu and Erik Habich (all corporate / m&a), as well as Simone Gloor (financing and investment products).
