Infoniqa acquires Run My Accounts and expands its products portfolio

Infoniqa, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus and a provider of HCM software and payroll services, acquires Run My Accounts, a Swiss online-software and automated accounting service provider active in Switzerland and Germany.

Infoniqa is a provider of human resource (HR) solutions for SMEs in Austria and one of the fastest growing software providers in the DACH region. Infoniqa is part of Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm with an active portfolio of more than 195 companies.

With the acquisition, Infoniqa is adding an accounting platform with associated outsourcing services for tax advisors and auditors to its overall portfolio. Infoniqa will take over, continue and actively develop all solutions and services from Run my Accounts.

As a fully digital online accounting service provider, Run my Accounts occupies a pole position around the digitization and automation of administrative business processes. Together with Infoniqa, Run my Accounts will offer additional digital products and services that enable more efficient core business especially for tax consultants and auditors and bookkeeping in the cloud for end customers.

Walder Wyss advised Warburg Pincus and Infoniqa on the transaction.
