Kellerhals Carrard: Helanis acquires Schaltag Group
Kellerhals Carrard advised Helanis, supported by a swiss management buy-in team, on Schaltag Group’s acquisition, consisting of Schaltag AG in Effretikon (CH), Schaltag CZ s.r.o in Ústí nad Orlicí (CZ), PAVIS Engineering GmbH in Ravensburg (DE), and PAVIS Engineering Ibérica SL (ES).
Helanis will retain all 250 employees across the four locations as well as existing customer and supplier relationships. This strategic acquisition aims to ensure sustainable growth, further development of the product portfolio, and enhanced customer relations for Schaltag and PAVIS Engineering. The purchase price is without disclosure.
