Lenz & Staehelin with WF Wellness Resort’s selling

WF Swiss Hospitality, a portfolio company of a private equity firm advised by Lenz & Staehelin, has sold the five-star Waldhaus Flims Wellness Resort to Romanian company Paval Holding and hotel operator Apex Alliance of Lithuania.

Lenz & Staehelin was acting as legal advisor to the seller on this transaction with a team comprising M&A partner Stephan Erni (pictured left), employment partner Anja Affolter Marino (pictured right), Nicola Diana Humbel, Alina Chicherio (both M&A, real estate) and Stephan Brandner (tax counsel).
