Orrick and Kellerhals Carrard for Partech in xFarm’s funding round
Orrick and Kellerhals Carrard assisted Partech, as lead investor through the Impact Growth Fund, in the €36 million Series C round of xFarm Technologies,focusing on the digitalization of the agri-food sector.

For the Swiss law aspects, Partech was assisted by the Kellerhals Carrard firm, whose team included partner Karim Maizar (pictured), senior associates Umberto Milano, Norbert Schenk, Céline Schmid, Larissa Simeon, and Eliane Haas, and trainee Fabienne Schönbächler.

The Orrick team that assisted Partech was composed of partner Livia Maria Pedroni (pictured), senior associate Ginevra Rebecchini, associate Elena Cozzupoli, and trainee Eugenia Arrigoni from the Technology Companies Group department led by partner Attilio Mazzilli.
The investment round also saw participation from Mouro Capital, a London-based venture capital firm specializing in growth-stage fintech investment opportunities in Europe, North America, and Latin America. Swisscom Ventures, United Ventures, and all previous institutional investors also took part in the round, showing their confidence in xFarm Technologies based on the significant results achieved over the past two years.

The capital raised in this Series C round will also be used to consolidate its leadership in Europe and accelerate its expansion across the rest of the continent, as well as in LATAM, India, Turkey, and the United States, where it has already begun strengthening its presence through new hires and strategic partnerships. xFarm Technologies also aims to enhance performance, further develop its services, and adapt them to the specific needs of markets and customers.
