Pestalozzi adviseds Flavorchem on acquisition of all shares in Dr. W. Huber AG

Flavorchem & Orchidia Fragrances, a multinational producer of flavors and fragrances based in Chicago, Illinois, has expanded its market presence in Europe with the acquisition of all shares in Dr. W. Huber AG (Huber the Nose). The addition of Huber the Nose marks a strategic milestone for Flavorchem and Orchidia and represents the next phase of growth for the company.

With this strategic acquisition, Flavorchem enters into the Swiss market and secures the succession of the knowledge and expertise developed and accumulated by Huber the Nose over the past 50 years. Pestalozzi advised Flavorchem on all Swiss legal aspects of the transaction with a multi-disciplinary team. The Pestalozzi team was led by Christoph Lang (Partner – Corporate / M&A).
