Robin Moser becomes equity partner of Loyens & Loeff

Robin Moser becomes Loyens & Loeff‘s fifth Swiss equity partner with effect from 1 January 2023. He joined Loyens & Loeff in 2019 and heads the Litigation and Risk Management department in the Zurich office.

The law and tax firm has appointed a total of eleven new equity partners with effect from 1 January 2021. The new partners are: Ana Andreiana, Marjolein van Bekhoven, Roderik Boogaard, Anke van Holthe tot Echten, Bastiaan Kemp, Thomas Lenné, Wijnand Meijer, Robin Moser, Mark Rebergen, Rob Schrooten and Robert Veenhoven.

Robin Moser focuses on domestic and international dispute resolution and has broad experience representing clients in court, before federal and cantonal authorities and before arbitral tribunals. He also has extensive experience in handling commercial disputes, asset realisation and enforcement matters, m&a disputes and criminal matters with an impressive client list that includes major banks, funds, multinational companies and high net worth individuals. Prior to this he worked at the Swiss firm Lenz & Staehelin.
