Schellenberg Wittmer advises Leonteq on FinSA Programme for structured products
In view of the go-live of the new prospectus regime under the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA) on 1 December 2020, Schellenberg Wittmer acted as counsel to Leonteq Securities for the drafting of its new FinSA compliant Programme for the issuance of structured products, warrants and other debt instruments, which was approved by the SIX Exchange Regulation on 16 November 2020.The firm advised Leonteq on the drafting of such Programme and its approval by the SIX Exchange Regulation in view of compliance with the FinSA.
