NKF acted as Swiss counsel to team.blue on the acquisition of Webnode
The shareholders of Webnode, one of the main website builder companies in Europe, sold their shares to team.blue, one of the largest hosting providers in Europe.
NKF acted as Swiss counsel to team.blue on the acquisition of Webnode. The team was co-led by M&A partners Moritz Maurer (pictured left) and Patrik Peyer (pictured right), working with associates Anne Huber, Binderiya Gan-Ayush, junior associate Tanja Lutz (all M&A), partner Clara-Ann Gordon and associate Eric Neuenschwander (both Technology/Data Privacy).
DLA Piper UK acted as lead counsel for team.blue. The team was led by partner Dr Nils Krause and senior associate Dr Jasper von Georg (both Corporate/M&A, Hamburg).
As previously announced by Legalcommunity.ch, Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the selling shareholders in this transaction. The team included Christoph Neeracher(pictured), Raphael Annasohn and Adrian Zampieri (all M&A), Micha Schilling (Financing), Raoul Stocker (Tax), Markus Wang and Jonas Bornhauser (both IP/IT) as well as Rehana Harasgama (Data Protection).
