Vokus Personal acquired by Storskogen. Wenger Vieli advise

Vokus Personal, a recruitment agency specializing in the placement of healthcare professionals in Switzerland, has been acquired by Storskogen, a Swedish investment company. Storskogen has acquired a 90 percent stake from Vokus Personal shareholders.

Founded in 2012, Zurich headquartered Vokus Personal generated sales of CHF 23.3m in 2021The company has successfully established itself as a focused provider in the healthcare sector with continuous growth.

Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of Vokus Personal on all legal and tax aspects of this transaction.
