Walder Wyss advises OrbiMed on vVardis secure financing
Walder Wyss advised the funds managed by OrbiMed Advisors LLC on secure financing to vVARDIS group, a Swiss developer and manufacturer of dental products.
The context
Founded by Dr. Haley Abivardi and Dr. Goly Abivardi, vVardis’ revolves around its biomimetic P11-4 Peptide Technology, suitable for treating early-stage caries by regenerating enamel, the only tissue in the body without self-healing capabilities.
In connection with the deal, New York City- based investor OrbiMed advisors guaranteed a secure financing to vVardis.
