Walder Wyss successfully represents client in ICC construction arbitration

Walder Wyss has successfully represented an Armenian construction company in an ICC arbitration seated in Zurich under the ICC Rules against a globally leading general contractor.

The law firm brought a multi-million claim on behalf of their client against the general contractor relating to unpaid invoices and lost profit following the termination of the contract due to non-payment. The arbitral tribunal affirmed that the contract was rightly and validly terminated and granted the law firm client the main bulk of its claims including the legal fees.

The legal team consisted of Andrea Meier (partner, pictured left) and Lukas Fellmann (managing associate, pictured right).
