Walder Wyss with Houzy on its merger with Devis
On 23 May 2024, Houzy AG announced that Houzy and Devis.ch SA are merging.
Walder Wyss advised Houzy Corporate/M&A with a team led by managing associates Dario Galli (pictured left) and Michael Kündig (pictured right) which also included employment partner Irène Suter-Sieber, employment senior associate Tabea Gutmann, competition counsel Gion Giger, tax counsels Janine Corti and Emilia Rebetez and corporate/M&A trainee lawyer Dominik Anthamatten.
